Working under / near power lines
Marlborough Lines recently took the time to meet or send out information to members of the viticulture industry in Marlborough to remind them about the requirements of working near or under power lines.
This is a great reminder for all industries that there is a risk working around power lines and operating any device capable of being raised or lowered such as an excavators, pole drivers, or harvesters. To work safely, there are some precautions required and a requirement to obtain a close approach authority. For more information contact Marlborough Lines on 03 5777007 or [email protected] |

Consent for Information
Here is an example of a consent form that can be used when asking GPs or other treatment providers for information. It helps your employee see what can and can't be requested and how the information may be used.
